When a TimeToSignUp confirmation email bounces back to our servers, the email address gets blocked in the system. A bounce happens for several reasons.
- The most common reason an email bounces is because the person entered the email address incorrectly or no longer uses the email address.
- Sometimes the recipient incorrectly marked the TimeToSignUp notification email as spam.
- Mailboxes that are over quota will reject email.
If you are getting a message that your address is being blocked but you need to sign up, please open a support ticket, indicating the email address(es) that should be unblocked. We will remove the block as soon as possible.
