When a TimeToSignUp confirmation email bounces back to our servers, the email address gets blocked in the system. A bounce happens for several reasons.

  1. The most common reason an email bounces is because the person entered the email address incorrectly or no longer uses the email address.
  2. Sometimes the recipient incorrectly marked the TimeToSignUp notification email as spam. 
  3. Mailboxes that are over quota will reject email.


If you are getting a message that your address is being blocked but you need to sign up, please open a support ticket, indicating the email address(es) that should be unblocked. We will remove the block as soon as possible.
