TimeToSignUp Platinum subscribers can control which fields are displayed on the sign up sheet. This is particularly useful for a sign up sheet where participants are providing meals to a family; the participant can enter what meal will be provided so other participants do not provide a similar meal.

  1. Log in as the admin.
  2. Go to the sign up sheet.
  3. Using the administrator drop-down menu above the sign up sheet, select "Fields to Display."
  4. For most (not all) of the fields, you have the option of "show" or "hide." Selecting "show" will display the participants' response for that field on the sign up sheet. Because this information will be displayed on the sign up sheet, please do not show personal information such as phone number or email address. 
  5. Click on "Save."
