To hide the names of participants who sign up on your TimeToSignUp sheet, please follow the steps listed below. Please note that this option is only available to Platinum Level subscribers. 


These directions hide names to anyone viewing the TimeToSignUp sheet except to admins. When an admin is logged in, the admin is always able to see the names of participants on the TimeToSignUp sheet.


  1. Log in as the admin.
  2. Go to the sign up sheet for which you want to hide names.
  3. Using the Sign Up Sheet Administrator Options drop-down menu above the sign up sheet, select "Fields to Display."


  4. For the "First Name" and "Last Name" options, choose one of the following
    - show first name and last name
    - hide both the first and last name
    - show the first name & initial of last name
    - hide first name and last name and the item once the item is claimed


    To hide names, we recommend the option circled below:

  5. Click on "Save."
