To hide or unhide TimeToSignUp sheets, please do the following steps. Please note that this feature is available only to Platinum subscribers.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Using the "Admin Options" drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, select "Sign Up Sheet Manager."
  3. Select the sign up sheet(s) that you want to hide (or unhide).
  4. Using the "with selected..." drop-down menu above the list of sign up sheets, select "make hidden/not visible to participants" (or "make visible to participants").

If you made your sign up sheet "not visible," it will no longer be visible on the main page. To access it at a later date, you must use the "Filing Cabinet" link at the bottom of the main page.

If you made your sign up sheet "visible," it will be visible on the main page and can be accessed by members of your organization.
