TimeToSignUp allows sign up sheet creators to create links in the comment/instruction section of the sign up sheet so that participants can click on text.

  1. Log in to your TimeToSignUp account
  2. If you are creating a new sign up sheet, the editor will appear when you create the sign up sheet.
    If you are editing/adding a comment on an existing sign up sheet, select "edit title, comment, visibility, etc" from the Sign Up Sheet Administrator Options Drop Down Menu:
  3. In the editor, enter the text that you want to be a link, or highlight the text if it is already entered.

  4. Click on the link icon in the editor's toolbar

  5. Enter the URL (website address) in the "To what URL should this link go?" field, then click on Insert Link.

    If you want to create a clickable email address, enter mailto: before the email address. For example:

  6. Click on Save Changes if editing sheet (or Create Sign up Sheet if creating new sheet)
