You can limit access to a TimeToSignUp sheet by setting a password. Only people who know the password will be able to view the sheet.


  1. Log in to your TimeToSignUp account.
  2. Navigate to the TimeToSignUp sheet you want to protect.
  3. Press the "sharing options" button.
  4. If no password is currently set, you’ll see the message "No password; anyone can view."
    If a password is set, it will be displayed.
    To add or change the password, click the edit icon next to the password or message. 


  5. A text field will appear:  To add or change the password, type your new password.
    To remove password protection, clear the field so it is blank.

  6. Press the Save button. 



As the administrator, you can view the sheet at any time while logged in — you won't be prompted for the password.


Participants must enter the password you created in Step 5 to access the sheet.
