Follow these steps to make a TimeToSignUp sheet visible or not visible to participants:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Using the "admin options" drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, select the "Sign Up Sheet Manager" option.
  3. Select the sign up sheet(s) you want to make visible or not visible.
  4. Using the drop-down menu at the top that says "With selected..." choose the option to make the sign up sheet(s) visible or not visible.

If you chose to make your sign up sheets visible, they will will now be visible on the main page.

If you chose to make your sign up sheets "not visible," they will now be available only to you (the admin) by using the "Filing Cabinet" link on the main page.
